Your participation in any Services is optional and you at all times have the choice of choosing whether to provide any related Personal Information.
3.6. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.
Some of our Site pages utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about Site activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a Site user. 4. Publicly Available Information.
The Site permits you and other Site users to post, publish and transmit information, video, image, data, text, documents, and other content onto public areas of the Site and to other Site users ("User Submissions"). You acknowledge and agree that certain User Submissions will become publicly published content and will be available to other Site users. This is the case even if your User Submission contains Personal Information. Please note that if you publish your contact information, you may receive unsolicited messages from Site users. We therefore encourage you to post and publish only information you are sure you want to be accessible to anyone. The notices and tools that we provide on the Site should help you become aware which User Submissions will become publicly available.
4.2. Public Profile. The Site enables you to build a public profile in connection with your Account that will be publicly available ("Public Profile"). The notices and tools that we provide on the Site should help inform you which information will be made publicly available, and you at all times retain the right to decide what information to include in your Public Profile.
4.3. Inquiries, Responses, Messages, and Comments. The Site permits you to send or post inquiries, responses, messages, and comments onto public areas of the Site and to other Site users. Portions of your Public Profile information (such as your profile picture and name) may be displayed next to or in connection with your User Submission. You have the choice of deciding whether to make your inquiries, responses, messages, and comments generally available on a public area of the Site or to send or post them to one or several Site users. Please be aware that your designated recipients will receive and gain access to the information, including any Personal Information, that you choose to send or post. The notices and tools that we provide on the Site should help inform you who your User Submissions will visible to (for example, one or many other Site users).
5. The Way We Use Personal Information.
If you submit or we collect Personal Information through the Site, then such Personal Information may be used in the following ways:
5.1. We will use your Personal Information to provide and improve our Site and Services to you, to contact you (including, for example, by email, SMS, MMS, and such other means as you may permit us) in connection with the Site and certain Services that you have registered for, and to identify and authenticate your access to the parts of the Site and specific Services that you are authorized to access.
5.2. We may use your designated email address(es) to send you updates, a newsletter or news regarding the Site. You may easily remove yourself from our mailing list, and each email you will receive from us will contain clear instructions on how to do so.
5.3. If you chose to invite your Friend(s) to the Site, we will use the contact information that you provide us to automatically send your Friend(s) a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. We will include your name in the invitation email. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending the one-time invitation email and tracking the success of whether your Friend registers an Account. Your Friend may contact us at email@example.com to request that we do not store this information or to opt-out from receiving future communications.

If you include Personal Information in an inquiry, response, message, or comment that you (i) send or post to another Site user, then such Personal Information will be disclosed to that Site user; or (ii) post to a public area of the Site, then such Personal Information will be generally publicly available.

We may also disclose Anonymous Information (with or without compensation) to third parties, including advertisers and partners, for purposes including, but not limited to, targeting advertisements. "Anonymous Information" means information which does not enable identification of an individual user, such as aggregated information about the use of our Site.
You may use the tools provided in your Account to tailor your Account settings so that communications from us, and in connection with the Site, are sent to your Site email account only and not to your external email account or mobile phone number (you may also use the same tools to commence or recommence receiving communications to your external email account or mobile phone number). In addition: (i) each email you receive from us to your external email account will contain clear instructions on how to stop receiving future emails; and (ii) you can stop receiving SMSs and MMSs to your nominated mobile phone number by sending us a message with the word "STOP" in it from the mobile phone number you wish to block. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for communications sent directly to you by other Site users or third parties to whom you have disclosed your contact information.
At all times, you may choose whether or not to provide or disclose Personal Information.
